Creating an account is free and takes about two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and a password of your choice. Once you submit your details, your account is active immediately and you can log in and start exploring the platform. You must be 18 years or older to register.

No. 788wan allows one account per person only. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different details — is against the platform rules and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. If you have lost access to your account, use the account recovery option or contact [email protected] rather than registering again.

Use the Forgot Password option on the Login page. A verification code or reset link will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Follow the steps to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, email [email protected] with your account details and the team will assist you directly.

No app download is needed. 788wan runs fully in your phone's browser on both Android and iOS. Just open your browser, go to 788wan.pro, tap Login and you are in. The mobile site is optimised for smaller screens and works reliably on standard 4G connections across Pakistan — no installation, no storage used on your phone.

You must be at least 18 years old to register, log in, deposit or play at 788wan. This applies to all sections of the platform — Live Casino, Game Lobby, Cricket Betting, Bingo and everything else. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, the account will be suspended pending verification.

These are the most widely used payment options in Pakistan, so most players can deposit without needing to set up anything new. All transactions are processed in PKR — no currency conversion, no hidden exchange fees.

Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited almost instantly — usually within a minute or two of completing the transaction. Raast and Bank Transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank, but in most cases funds arrive within a few minutes during banking hours. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact [email protected] with the transaction reference and we will look into it promptly.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. The current limits are displayed on the Deposit page when you are logged in and choose your preferred payment option. We aim to keep the minimum low so players with any budget can participate comfortably.

788wan does not charge additional fees on deposits. The amount you send is the amount credited to your account in PKR. Your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank — may apply their own standard transaction fees depending on your account type, but that is outside 788wan's control. Always check your wallet or bank's fee schedule if you are unsure.

First, check whether the amount was deducted from your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. If the money left your account but did not appear in your 788wan balance, do not attempt the deposit again straight away — contact [email protected] with the transaction reference, date, time and amount. If no money was deducted, the transaction simply did not go through and you can try again. Common causes include a poor internet connection, insufficient wallet balance or a temporary issue with the payment provider.

Withdrawals & Cashing Out

Log in, go to the Withdrawal page and select your preferred payout method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same wallet or bank account you use for deposits. Make sure your account details are correctly saved before submitting a withdrawal request.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours, and many go through much faster. Bank Transfer withdrawals typically complete within one to two business days depending on your bank. Processing times can occasionally be longer during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required. You will be notified once your withdrawal has been sent.

Yes, a minimum withdrawal amount applies and varies by payment method. The exact minimum for each option is shown on the Withdrawal page when you are logged in. We aim to keep minimums reasonable so players are not forced to leave large balances sitting in their account longer than they want to.

Withdrawals can be delayed or declined for a few reasons: account verification is still pending, the withdrawal details do not match the account used for deposits, or there is an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been met. If your withdrawal has been declined and you are not sure why, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference and the team will explain the reason and what steps are needed to resolve it.

Log in to your account, head to the Bet section and browse the available cricket fixtures. Click on the match you want to bet on, select your market — for example match winner or top batsman — enter the PKR amount you want to stake and confirm your bet. Your potential return is shown before you confirm. All settled bets and your bet history are available in your account dashboard.

Your full betting history is available in your account dashboard once you are logged in. You can filter by date, sport and market to review any past bet. Recent big wins across the platform are also highlighted on the Wins page, which shows the latest player payouts in real time.

788wan offers deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion for any player who wants to manage their gaming activity more carefully. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard at any time. You do not need to justify using them — they are there for everyone, and using them is simply good practice for staying in control of your budget and time. Log in and go to Account Settings, then find the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Once a limit is active, you will not be able to deposit beyond that amount during the chosen period. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit may have a cooling-off period for your protection.

Self-exclusion is a tool that temporarily or permanently blocks access to your 788wan account. If you feel that you need a break from gaming — whether for a few weeks, a few months or permanently — you can activate self-exclusion from your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period your account will not accept logins, deposits or bets.
