788wan Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account at 788wan and using any of the services available on the platform — including but not limited to the Game Lobby, Live Casino, Bingo, Sports Betting, Deposit and Withdrawal functions — you are entering into a binding agreement with 788wan under the terms set out on this page. This agreement becomes effective from the moment you complete registration.

If you access the 788wan platform from another device or browser after registering, you remain bound by these Terms regardless of whether you actively re-read them on that occasion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates, as the Terms may change from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read together with the 788wan Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and play at 788wan, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering as an individual person, not on behalf of a company or third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 788wan account.
• You must be registering voluntarily and not under any form of pressure or coercion.
• You must not be a self-excluded player who has previously requested to be blocked from the platform.

788wan reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, the account will be closed immediately, any deposits returned where possible, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited. The same applies to accounts found to be operated by a person on behalf of an underage individual.

3. Account Registration

You are permitted to hold one account at 788wan. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, mobile number, date of birth and preferred payment method. Providing false information at registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. 788wan will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the support team at [email protected] immediately.

788wan reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests. Verification is a one-time process. Once complete, standard withdrawals proceed without additional checks for normal amounts. For large withdrawal requests, additional verification may occasionally be required as part of standard fraud prevention.

4. Deposits

All deposits at 788wan are made in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount and any method-specific requirements are shown on the Deposit page.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method that belongs to another person is not permitted. 788wan will not be held responsible for deposit delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

By depositing, you confirm that the funds you are using are legitimately yours and not derived from any unlawful activity. 788wan complies with standard anti-money-laundering practices and may request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large or unusual deposit patterns.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 788wan are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment details that differ from your registered profile are not permitted.

Standard PKR withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically completed within 10 minutes. Raast transfers average 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers and card withdrawals are generally processed within a few hours. These are average timelines and 788wan does not guarantee specific processing durations, as delays can occasionally occur due to third-party processing queues.

Before your first withdrawal, your account must pass a one-time identity verification. This involves confirming your name, mobile number and payment method ownership. Once verified, standard withdrawals proceed without repeated checks. For amounts above standard thresholds, 788wan may request additional documentation as part of routine fraud prevention.

There is no platform-side fee on standard withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are outside 788wan's control. The minimum withdrawal amount varies by method and is shown on the Withdrawal page.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

788wan offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which means you must wager the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — a specified number of times before the resulting balance can be withdrawn as real money.

The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit to qualify and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms shown alongside the offer. It is your responsibility to read these before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per eligible promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly allows otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time period. Expired bonuses are removed automatically.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate than Slots. The contribution rate for each game type is shown in the promotion details.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated requirements.
• Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available in the 788wan Game Lobby, Live Casino and Bingo section are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. The outcomes of casino games — including Slots, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger and Bingo — are determined by certified random number generation or by real-time physical dealing in Live Casino games. 788wan does not interfere with game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server errors or display glitches — 788wan's records of the game state at the time of the error will be used to determine any outcome. If the game cannot be fairly completed, any active bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance.

Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated scripts or bots, reverse-engineer game logic, or take advantage of errors in displayed odds or payouts constitutes a breach of these Terms. Winnings generated through such means will be voided and the account suspended pending review.

8. Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section at 788wan covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series and major tournaments — as well as Football and Esports. Bets are accepted before matches begin (pre-match) and during live play (in-play) depending on availability for each event.

All bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), ICC or the relevant domestic board. For PSL specifically, the official PCB/PSL result is final. If a match is abandoned, reduced in overs or declared a no-result by the governing body, 788wan will settle bets according to standard industry rules for that scenario, which will be shown in the bet slip or market details.

• Once a bet is confirmed and placed, it cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Odds are subject to change up until the bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that apply to your wager.
• If an event is cancelled entirely and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious pricing errors in displayed odds do not constitute a valid bet. 788wan reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds and return the stake.
• Maximum win limits per bet may apply and are shown in the betting interface.

9. Player Conduct

788wan expects all players to interact with the platform — and with any staff or other players in Live Casino chat or Bingo rooms — in a respectful and appropriate manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Abusive, threatening or harassing language directed at dealers, support staff or other players.
• Sharing personal information of other players or attempting to identify them outside the platform.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Impersonating 788wan staff or other registered players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent platform restrictions.

788wan monitors platform activity to detect patterns consistent with the above conduct. If a review is initiated, 788wan may temporarily restrict account access pending investigation. During this period, deposits are not accepted and withdrawals are held. The outcome of the investigation — including any account action taken — is communicated to the player by email.

10. Privacy & Data

788wan collects and processes personal data provided during registration and account use in accordance with the 788wan Privacy Policy. This includes your name, contact information, payment method details and gaming activity. This information is used to operate your account, process transactions, deliver customer support and maintain platform security.

788wan does not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing partners and fraud detection services may receive limited data as required to complete transactions and maintain platform integrity. All such partners operate under data protection obligations.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

788wan may suspend or close an account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. Common grounds include: multiple account creation, underage use, fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse, money laundering indicators, use of bots or scripts, or abusive conduct.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. If the investigation concludes that a serious violation occurred, the account will be permanently closed. In cases where funds are determined to be derived from fraudulent activity, those funds may be withheld.

You may also close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. If you close your account while a bonus is active, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard verification.

12. Limitation of Liability

788wan provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and occasional downtime may occur, and 788wan will endeavour to provide advance notice where possible.

788wan is not liable for losses resulting from: internet connection issues on the player's side, delays caused by third-party payment providers, incorrect information provided by the player during registration, or actions taken as a result of the player's own decisions during gameplay.

Gaming involves financial risk. 788wan is an entertainment platform, not a financial service. The platform does not guarantee winnings. Every player participates at their own risk, and 788wan strongly encourages responsible gaming practices — particularly setting a clear PKR budget before each session and never wagering funds needed for essential expenses.

13. Changes to These Terms

788wan reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, players will be notified via a notice on the platform or by email to their registered address. Minor clarifications may be made without formal notification, but the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent change was made.

Your continued use of 788wan following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure through the support team.
